A line of five metronomes lies silent and still. At opposite ends of the line the performers face each other waiting.
As the metronomes are set in motion the performers submit their bodies to a series of repetitive actions. Lit only by angled lamps the performance is a stark, pared-down examination of rhythm, repetition and physical exertion.
Musician Greg Sinclair and visual artist Catherine Street explore rules and chance in this new collaborative work.
Further details will be published shortly on the Buzzcut website.
